These Terms govern your use of the DOCOOL website, Android application, and related services. By using DOCOOL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. DOCOOL is provided by [Legal entity name] (“DOCOOL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

You must be at least [age] or have permission from a parent or guardian where required. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly about unauthorized use.

DOCOOL lets you capture or upload a photo and optionally provide a style, text instruction, or voice instruction to create an AI-assisted image. Features, models, limits, supported devices, and availability may change. Some features may be experimental or unavailable in your country.

You keep ownership of the photos, prompts, voice inputs, and other content you submit, subject to rights held by others. You grant DOCOOL a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and to allow this processing.

You must not use DOCOOL to:

• break the law, infringe privacy, copyright, trademark, or publicity rights;
• create or distribute exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, harassment, or deceptive impersonation;
• upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service;
• circumvent limits, credits, safety controls, or account restrictions; or
• present an AI-generated result as an unaltered documentary image where that would mislead people.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing a result before relying on it or sharing it. DOCOOL does not promise that a result will preserve every person, object, detail, or style exactly, and does not provide professional, medical, legal, or safety advice.

If credits or subscriptions are offered, the purchase screen will state the price, renewal, and applicable terms. Store billing providers process payments. Credits may be consumed when a generation starts, subject to the purchase and refund rules shown at checkout. Any refund, cancellation, and restoration rights required by law remain available.

We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may stop using DOCOOL at any time and request account deletion through the app or by contacting us.

To the extent permitted by law, DOCOOL is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular creative result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [venue], unless applicable law provides another route.
