AI & Content Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Working draft for launch review. Replace the bracketed company details and confirm the processing, retention, provider, and jurisdiction details with counsel before publishing publicly.

1. Use content you are allowed to use

Only upload photos, recordings, and prompts that you own or are authorized to process. If another person appears in a photo, consider their privacy and publicity rights before uploading or sharing the result.

2. Prohibited content

Do not use DOCOOL to create, request, or distribute:

  • child sexual abuse material or sexualized depictions of minors;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or targeted harassment;
  • fraudulent identity documents, scams, impersonation, or content intended to deceive;
  • credible threats, incitement, or instructions for serious wrongdoing;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights; or
  • malware, prompt-injection attacks, or attempts to bypass safety and usage limits.

3. Real people and authenticity

Do not use DOCOOL to mislead people about a real event, person, endorsement, or piece of evidence. Label or disclose materially AI-generated content when context requires it. Never use the service for identity verification or high-impact decisions about another person.

4. Moderation and reports

We may use automated checks and human review where appropriate to investigate abuse, protect the service, and comply with law. We may refuse a request, remove content, limit features, or suspend an account. To report suspected abuse or infringement, contact support@docool.app with enough information for us to investigate.

5. AI limitations

Generated images are probabilistic. They may contain errors, unintended changes, or details that were not in the source. Review every result before publication. DOCOOL is designed to respect people in your photos, but it cannot guarantee exact likeness, identity preservation, or factual accuracy.

6. Copyright and takedown requests

If you believe content generated or hosted through DOCOOL infringes your rights, contact legal@docool.app with the work at issue, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We may request additional information before acting.

7. Policy updates

We may update this Policy as features, risks, or legal requirements change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law.
